Overview:

We’re looking for a passionate cloud support engineer to join our cloud operations team. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in maintaining cloud systems, assisting migrations, and ensuring peak performance of customer infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on support for public cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).

• Assist in cloud migration and infrastructure maintenance.

• Monitor system health and respond to incidents.

• Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to resolve issues.

• Participate in system performance tuning and upgrades.

• Implement basic cloud security and compliance measures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/computer science or equivalent

• 3–7 years of experience in cloud support roles

• Proficiency in at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

• Familiarity with monitoring tools and basic security principles

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Good communication and team collaboration abilities
