Overview:
We’re looking for a passionate Cloud Support Engineer to join our growing cloud operations team. In this role, you’ll support, troubleshoot, and maintain multi-cloud environments while collaborating with senior engineers to ensure reliability and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor cloud infrastructure and resolve alerts/incidents.

• Troubleshoot issues related to compute, storage, networking, and cloud services.

• Support deployments, maintenance, and automation using scripting tools.

• Provide Tier 1 & Tier 2 support across AWS, Azure, and GCP.

• Document operational procedures and incident resolutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.

• 6 months–1 year of experience in cloud support or system administration.

• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

• Basic knowledge of IaC, Python/Bash scripting, and cloud networking.

• Relevant certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP) are a plus.
