We’re Hiring: Senior Executive —HR & Admin

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic senior executive—HR & Admin—to join our team. This role is a blend of strategic human resource management and administrative leadership. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR recruitment, operations, compliance, and office management, with the ability to oversee day-to-day administrative functions effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources (HR)

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes

  • Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance management

  • Implement and ensure adherence to HR policies, procedures, and compliance standards

  • Oversee payroll processing, attendance, and leave management

  • Facilitate performance appraisals and support training & development initiatives

  • Maintain compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations

  • Promote employee engagement, retention strategies, and a positive workplace culture

Administration (Admin)

  • Supervise daily office operations, vendor coordination, and facility upkeep

  • Oversee procurement and inventory management of office supplies

  • Organize travel arrangements, logistics, and company events

  • Ensure administrative compliance with internal company policies and standards

  • Assist in budgeting and expense tracking for HR and admin-related activities

  • Provide leadership with actionable insights through HR and operations reporting


Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and administrative roles

  • In-depth understanding of labor laws, HR operations, and compliance practices

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills

  • Proficiency in HRMS tools and Microsoft Office Suite
