Customer Introduction

Veuz is a leading Software Development Company in KSA, UAE and Qatar, delivering custom digital solutions that empower businesses to grow, innovate, and transform. Backed by years of experience, Vuez team blends deep technical expertise with a keen understanding of the regional market. Whether you're a startup in Dubai, an enterprise in Riyadh or Abu Dhabi, Veuz Concepts provides end-to-end software development services to meet your unique needs.

Challenge Overview

Veuz faced critical challenges with its legacy deployment model: manual provisioning delayed releases, application downtime increased under high traffic, and siloed teams lacked visibility into performance bottlenecks. Additionally, security vulnerabilities were detected late in the release process, and the absence of automated compliance checks posed risks in meeting regulatory requirements. The customer needed a secure, automated, and scalable DevOps operating model on AWS to address these pain points.

Solution Overview

F9 Infotech transformed Veuz’s delivery platform by implementing a DevOps-driven, cloud-native infrastructure on AWS. Source code was containerized and managed via Amazon ECR, deployed seamlessly to Amazon ECS in a private subnet behind an Application Load Balancer (ALB). AWS RDS was introduced for managed database services, ensuring reliability and scalability for transactional workloads. Infrastructure provisioning was standardized through CloudFormation templates, eliminating configuration drift across environments.

To strengthen security and governance, AWS WAF with custom rules was applied at the edge, AWS Config enforced compliance policies, and Security Hub with GuardDuty provided continuous threat monitoring. SSL/TLS certificates were automated with AWS Certificate Manager (ACM). Observability was embedded with Amazon CloudWatch for monitoring and alarms, and AWS X-Ray for distributed tracing across ECS microservices. AWS Backup and Amazon S3 were used for data durability and disaster recovery readiness. Together, this approach aligned with AWS DevOps best practices, enabling continuous delivery with built-in compliance and security.
